FIELD SUPPORT

 

When sites need to be visited for troubleshooting, repair or equipment replacement our Team can handle the dispatch, and make the proper arrangements. We know from years of relevant experience what local managers need and what they expect. Response times are tied to service level agreements and are as tight as a 4hr response time or next business day when required. We run our own service-tracking portal to stay on top of all trouble tickets.

SITE SURVEYS/NETWORK ASSESSMENT

 

Full review and analysis of site to determine overall readiness for project  implementation defined per SOW.

 

  • Walk through of customer site

  • Heat mapping Ekahau/AirMagnet

  • Network room equipment rack review

  • AC Power and UPS Systems requirements verified

  • Appropriate cable measurements, including and cable run obstructions are noted

  • Tasks required for installation/maintenance readiness
